One display currency per dealer group, stored server-side and returned with every dashboard (meta.currency). Every figure renders with that currency's symbol — and INR switches to lakhs/crores (₹5.4L, ₹1.82Cr). Amounts inside action narratives are baked at upload time: after changing currency, re-upload stored months with supersede to reformat them. No conversion is applied — upload workbooks in the dealer's own currency.
Branches for this dealer group. A branch is strictly Sales or Service — a location that does both is registered once as each. Workbook uploads never create branches: an unregistered branch name rejects the upload, so register branches here first. Branches are never deleted — deactivate to retire one (historical data is kept), reactivate any time.

Reporting configuration for this dealer group. The workbook (targets sheet and the rest) drives all engine parameters — there is nothing to tune here.
Fiscal year
Which month this dealer's fiscal year starts. The Trends page groups cycles by fiscal year — e.g. an April start means June 2026 reports under FY 2026–27 (Apr 2026 – Mar 2027). January means the calendar year.
Onboard a dealer's full operating history in one workbook — the master import. Use it for a dealer's first load, or to replace everything with a corrected file. Same 5-tab template as the monthly upload; all months can sit in the sheets at once.
Who did what, across every dealer — logins, uploads, action changes, exports, admin actions and cross-tenant reads. Newest first.

Erase and replace?
This dealer already holds data.
A master import erases all of this dealer's existing operating data — uploads, dashboards, actions and recorded recoveries — then loads the new workbook. Its user logins, branches, currency and settings are kept.
To confirm, type the dealer name exactly:
